Elephant Cooking Adventure — 4×4 Safari & Elephant Camp

A Full Day: the Island by 4×4, then Cooking and Feeding the Elephants

The Island Tour and the Elephants in One Day

The Elephant Cooking Adventure brings together both sides of Koh Samui in a single day: the mountains by 4×4 off-road vehicle — the highest viewpoint, Teepangkorn Temple, the Hin Ta & Hin Yai rocks, the Mummified Monk at Wat Khunaram, Namuang Waterfall and a coconut plantation — then the afternoon at the elephant camp.

There, you do more than watch: you prepare their meal yourself — fruit, vegetables and sticky rice — then hand it to them during the feeding session. No riding, no shows: just contact, feeding and care.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is this different from the Elephant Experience?

The Elephant Experience is a camp-focused programme (meeting, feeding, bathing). The Elephant Cooking Adventure is a full day combining the island tour by 4×4 — temples, viewpoint, waterfall, plantation — with an afternoon at the camp, including cooking the elephants' food.

Is lunch included?

Yes. Lunch at the Panoramic Restaurant is included in the tour price. Only drinks are paid separately.

Is the tour suitable for children?

Yes. The child rate applies from 4 to 10 years old. Children love feeding the elephants, and the 4×4 track is bumpy but easy.

Can we ride the elephants?

No. The programme is limited to preparing the food, feeding and interacting with the elephants — no riding and no shows.
