ME Travel Samui — TAT License No. 43/01860

Last updated: May 2026 — These terms apply to all bookings made with ME Travel Samui, whether online, by phone, or via WhatsApp.

1. Company Information

ME Travel Samui is a TAT-licensed travel agency based in Koh Samui, Suratthani, Thailand.

2. Booking & Payment

A booking is confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been received. By completing a booking, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

  • Payment can be made online (credit/debit card via Omise, PayPal) or directly on site.
  • Prices are displayed in Thai Baht (THB) and are per person unless stated otherwise.
  • Children's prices apply to children aged 4–10 years. Children under 4 travel free on most tours.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Less than 24 hours before the tour : No refund.
  • No-show : No refund.

Cancellations must be communicated by WhatsApp or email. The date and time of the message will be used as the cancellation timestamp.

Cancellation by ME Travel Samui

ME Travel Samui reserves the right to cancel or modify any tour due to unsafe weather, insufficient bookings, or force majeure. In such cases, clients will be offered a full refund or an alternative date at no extra cost.

4. Health, Safety & Liability

The safety of our clients is our absolute priority. By participating in any tour, clients acknowledge and accept the following:

  • Some activities (speedboat, snorkeling, hiking) involve inherent physical risks.
  • Clients must inform ME Travel Samui of any medical condition, disability, or pregnancy prior to booking.
  • The following tours are NOT SUITABLE for pregnant women or people with serious back, heart or health conditions: Koh Tao speedboat, Ang Thong Marine Park, private boat charters.
  • Clients participate in all activities at their own risk. ME Travel Samui shall not be held liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property unless caused by negligence.
  • Clients must follow the safety instructions of the guide and boat captain at all times.
  • Alcohol consumption before or during water activities is strongly discouraged.

5. Insurance

ME Travel Samui provides basic travel insurance coverage for all clients during tours. Coverage includes: [TO COMPLETE].

This insurance does not cover: personal belongings, pre-existing medical conditions, incidents caused by the client's own negligence, or activities not included in the booked tour.

Clients are strongly encouraged to purchase their own comprehensive travel insurance prior to travelling to Thailand.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for being ready at the pick-up point at the confirmed time.
  • ME Travel Samui is not responsible for missed tours due to late arrival by the client.
  • Clients must respect local culture, wildlife, and the natural environment at all times.
  • Any behaviour deemed dangerous or disruptive may result in removal from the tour without refund.
  • Clients are responsible for securing their own valuables during tours.

7. Itinerary Changes

Tour itineraries are subject to change without prior notice due to weather conditions, sea conditions, national park closure, or other circumstances beyond our control. ME Travel Samui will always endeavour to provide the best possible alternative experience. No refund is due in the event of a partial itinerary change caused by external factors.

8. Privacy Policy

ME Travel Samui collects personal information (name, email, phone, hotel) solely for the purpose of processing bookings and communicating with clients. This information is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

  • Data is stored securely and only retained for the duration necessary to fulfil the booking.
  • Clients may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data by contacting us at contact@metravelsamui.com.
  • By submitting a booking form, clients consent to the collection and use of their data as described above.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from a booking with ME Travel Samui shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
