Frequently Asked Questions
What makes the Jungle Safari different from the City Tour?
The Jungle Safari uses 4×4 vehicles that can access mountain trails and hilltop sites like the Magic Garden — completely inaccessible to regular minivans. It also includes both Namuang Waterfalls and a coconut plantation visit.
Is the Magic Garden really only accessible by 4×4?
Yes. The Magic Garden (Secret Buddha Garden) sits at around 400m altitude on a steep hillside track. Standard vans and minibuses cannot make the climb — a 4×4 is essential.
Is the Jungle Safari suitable for children and elderly guests?
The 4×4 ride is bumpy on the mountain trail but manageable for most people. We recommend comfortable closed shoes and holding the handles provided. Children love the adventure!
How long is the Jungle Safari tour?
The tour runs approximately 7–8 hours including hotel pick-up and drop-off. The Private option is offered as a 6-hour charter from your hotel.
